What to Watch for This Week
- Michigan comes into Albany looking to fight its way into the postseason. The Arsenal almost came away with the dub last time they met. An interception in the endzone by Markus Smith on the game’s final play sealed the win and preserved the winning streak for Albany. On the horizon are 2 games against Nashville and 1 more against Kentucky, but the Birds can’t afford to look past the Arsenal.
- Minnesota comes into Clarksvi– I mean Nashville with a chance to move into the #2 seed. All they have to do is beat Nashville by 31+ points and have Oregon upset Kentucky.

- After 3 straight road games, Kentucky returns home from Oregon to face … Oregon? That’s right. Do not adjust your television sets. Can Oregon make a final push for the playoffs? Kentucky’s chances for a 1st-round bye are slowly fading.
- Washington looks to keep trending up, but if this Oceanside squad catches are heater and some breaks fall their way in some very winnable games, they could end up not just in the playoffs, but a #5 seed in the playoffs.
PLAYOFFS?! Don’t talk about playoffs!
- Albany Firebirds
- Clinches a #3 seed with a win AND a Minnesota loss.
